Finding Your Feet.. A Movie Review.

I loved this movie. It has everything you need and more. It is funny, sad, compassionate and delves into topics like ageism, family conflict, sibling rivalry, love, relationships, and lots more. A wonderful cast of characters who make this film special include, Imelda Staunton, Timothy SpallJoanne Lumley, Celia Imrie, and David Hayman.

The movie relates the story of "Lady"Sandra Abbott [Imelda Staunton] a middle age wealthy socialite whose husband leaves her for her friend . She moves in with her wacky sister[Celia Imrie] in a small apartment in London and the two begin to bond. This story unfolds in some surprising ways

Director - Richard Loncraine

Producers  - Nick Mooncroft, Meg Leonard, John Sachs, James Spring, CharlotteWalls, Andrew Berg.

Screenplay - Nick Moorcroft, Meg Leonard.

The ending is truly funny and this feelgood movie leaves you with a fuzzy warmth and a smile on your face.  In one newspaper it was given one star out of five which to me is nonsense.  This movie was right up my alley and definitely not to be missed. Five out of five.
