Ian Potter Gallery Visit.

On my birthday break we visited the Ian Potter Gallery in Federation Square. They had several exciting exhibitions on so we wandered around. The first exhibition we looked at on level 3 was Past Legacy: Present Tense, a collection of works by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists...

The next exhibition we visited on the same floor was Palace of the Republic by Louise Paramor. It was made up with concertina folding paper shapes. Which were interesting in their dynamic forms and fun to observe.

This next exhibit was just as colourful with so much to look at. The Highway is a Disco by Del Kathryn Barton...

We had taken a mini break in the city and had a lovely time looking at the art work there. It is a great way to see artists and enjoy their works in a lovely atmosphere.
